Working alongside the wider IT team and third parties you will deliver an effective and efficient IT experience for the business, meeting service level agreements.
You will be responsible for resolving support requests and incidents, ensuring that service levels and targets are achieved as well as meeting continuous service delivery demands. You will be supporting a multi-site environment including associated infrastructure.
This role is home based primarily but will require occasional travel as and when required.
As a EUC Engineer you will be:
- Providing EUC support and management across EHC Infrastructure
- Managing incident and service request delivery in line with IT department SLAs
- Responding to alerts generated from infrastructure monitoring and security tools, and resolution within SLA
- Supporting a multi site environment including associated infrastructure
- L3 support covering Microsoft Endpoint Management (Intune), AD, AAD and Defender
- Problem management, including root cause analysis and pro-active identification of EUC risks and issues
- Contributing to the IT roadmap and service improvement plans for EUC services, with particular focus on Microsoft technologies
- Implementing changes in line with the IT change management process and CAB
- Creation of documentation to reflect existing systems, infrastructure & processes; also ensuring that documentation is maintained and kept up to date.
- Assisting with Project implementations.
- At least 5 years proven experience to L3 on Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems
- Proven device management (Windows, IOS, Android) & deployment experience using Entra ID and Intune/SCCM or similar tooling
- Advanced software packaging, software management, browser management and app locker experience
- Good Powershell scripting experience to manage devices/users on a large scale(10,000 + Users)
- L3 experience of managing and maintaining EUC workloads using Active Directory/GPO
- Advanced knowledge and experience supporting O365
- Practical experience supporting and maintaining EUC Hardware (Dell, HP)
- O365 License management experience
- Willingness to work outside of standard working hours when required
- Knowledge of ITIL v4
- Ability to build strong working relationships with IT teams, IT users and third-party vendors
