EUC Analyst (INSIDE IR35) - Liverpool

Location: Liverpool, United Kingdom
Contract Duration: Until the end of May.

Currently, we are seeking a talented EUC Analyst to join our team for a 3-month contract in Liverpool.

Role Overview: As an EUC Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining the End User Computing environment within our organization. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all end-user devices and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for end-user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues related to end-user devices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels in Active Directory.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an EUC Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11), Office 365, and other productivity tools.
  • Experience with desktop virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware Horizon, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops).
  • Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions, particularly Microsoft Intune.
  • Experience in managing user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ITIL certification is a plus.
Contract Details:
  • Duration: 3 months
  • Location: Liverpool, United Kingdom
  • Employment Type: Contract 
  • Day Rate: £200 - £250 per day (based on experience and qualifications)
