**Exciting Opportunity: EU Road Freight Operator**

**Position**: EU Road Freight Operator

**Salary**: £23,000 to £27,000 per annum

**Working Hours**: Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm

**Responsibilities:**

As an EU Road Freight Operator, your role will encompass a variety of exciting and challenging tasks:

- Handling European services

- Managing Baltic Services

- Coordinating and overseeing the seamless movement of freight, both internationally and nationally

- Liaising with customers, overseas partners, and suppliers

- Preparing shipping documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations and legal requirements

- Tracking and monitoring shipments, offering real-time updates to customers

- Addressing any issues or delays promptly and implementing effective solutions

- Delivering exceptional customer service consistently

**Skills Required:**

To excel in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience in International road freight operations

- Experience with Baltic imports and exports would be highly desirable

- Proficiency in manually calculating costs and charges

- Strong customer service skills

- Experience with Customs paperwork

- Ability to work effectively in a team while also being self-sufficient
