Your Next Role – What You'll Do
My client is seeking an experienced Estimator with expeirince of pricing full projects for a main contractors to join their pre-construction team and work on tenders for some of the biggest and most expensive super-primes residential builds in the UK. These projects involve intricate refurbishments, including structural alterations and top-tier fitouts, demanding substantial experience in these domains. As an Estimator, you will work closely with the construction team working to the clients specs to build an accurate price for the project that is both attractive ot the client and holds opportunity for profit for the business. This position paves the way for career advancement within the company, with a strong focus on internal promotions and long-term growth. The ideal candidate will strong construction estimating knowledge gaimed whilst working for a main contractor, and the ability to hit the ground running.
