Intersect Global is proud to be partnered with a leading housing developer based in Surrey. Our client has been established for over 75 years and has a strong reputation for building quality homes across the UK.

Our client's turnover is more than £1bn and has circa 1000 employees across their offices with a major presence in the UK.

Due to several successful projects, they are now looking to expand the existing commercial team by adding an experienced Estimator.

This role would suit an experienced estimator, or a quantity surveyor looking to switch to a pre-construction role.

The Role:

·Working alongside the commercial director and land team to ensure projects are built on time and within budget.

·Negotiating prices with Subcontractors to ensure the best prices & quality.

·Working and collaborating with a wider pre-construction team.

·Commutable distance to Farnborough.

Experience

·Construction related Degree (HNC, BSc, MSc,)

·4+ Years of commercial experience as QS or Estimator

·Bluebeam software knowledge

·Commutable distance to Farnborough
