The client is a reputable facade contractor specialising in high-quality cladding, glazing, and architectural envelope solutions focusing in all aspects of commercial and public sector contracts for external works throughout London.
Your new role
As the estimator, you will play a crucial role in the project development process. Your expertise will contribute to accurate cost estimation, competitive pricing, and successful project bids. You'll collaborate closely with the sales and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in estimating within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in externals estimation techniques.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools for estimating
• A technical background in construction or architecture is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
