• Cost Estimation: Develop detailed cost estimates for high-end commercial and residential projects, including refurbishments, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all financial aspects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to gather all necessary information for accurate pricing.
• Analysis: Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare estimates for time, cost, materials, and labor.
• Cost Management: Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of projects, monitor actual costs relative to bids, and identify areas for financial improvement.
• Market Awareness: Keep updated on industry trends, costs, materials, and construction methodologies to enhance accuracy and effectiveness.

• Proven Background: Extensive experience as an Estimator in the high-end commercial and residential sectors, supported by a portfolio of successful projects.
• Specialist Knowledge: Expertise in refurbishment projects with a keen attention to detail and a deep understanding of luxury specifications.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and mathematical skills, essential for generating precise and detailed financial reports.
• Communication: Strong negotiation and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Educational Qualification: A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
