Location - Oldham (Field based)

Salary : up to £45,000 are currently working with a Fantastic Client within the Oldham area who have been established over 20 years and are a leading brand. They have a great opportunity for an Estimator to join their team. Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30-4.30pm - Some occasional

Key Duties:

• Prepare Cost Budgets / Cost Estimates for New Contracts
• Manage all Existing Contracts - Making Amendments / Maintaining Communication with the Client
• Analysing / Providing Estimations to maximize Profit & Customer Satisfaction
• Maintain Client Relationships / Build New Client Relationships
• With Contracts Manager / Design team to help with Development & Innovation
• Prepare & Submit Financial Documentation

• Successful Track Record within Estimating
• Experience of Selling
• Have strong rapport building skills
• Exceptional Negotiation Skills
• Strong communications Skills
