Remuneration: £25,000-£35,000

The role of the Estimator - Lighting Controls will involve:

• Internal Estimator position dealing with an innovative range of wired and wireless lighting control solutions
• Interpreting technical drawings to gain an understanding of projects
• Liaising with main contractors, sub-contractors, electrical contractors and MEP consultants further discuss technicalities of projects
• Producing formal quotations to customers
• Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
• Estimating for projects ranging in value from £300 to £1m
• Ensure that workload is prioritised to meet deadlines

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Lighting Controls with:

• Ideally will have estimating experience within the construction or manufacturing market sector
• Ideally will have experience dealing within the electrical, BMS or lighting control market sectors
• Technically minded
• Enthusiastic, punctual and driven individual
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
