Role Overview:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing costs and ensuring the profitability of our projects. You will work closely with our project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to provide accurate and timely costings, manage budgets, and help drive the successful delivery of our projects to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project budgets, estimates, and cost plans.
• Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments.
• Prepare and submit valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Negotiate and agree on contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and financial performance.
• Provide expert advice on cost management and procurement strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the high-end construction sector
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost control
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficient in using industry-standard QS software.
