Estimator - Dry Lining

Basingstoke

Salary up to £55,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance + 25 Days Holiday + Pension

Blaymires Recruitment is representing a leading Dry Lining contractor based near Basingstoke who is searching for an Estimator to join the business.

The company offers a diverse range of services which includes Dry Lining, Screeding, Plastering, Rendering Suspended Ceilings and Steel Framing Systems (SFS).

Projects range from £50k - £3m in value working with clients across Residential, Education, Healthcare, Commercial and Industrial sectors.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an Estimator or Estimator / Surveyor to join a stable business with an established client based throughout the South.

The role offers the opportunity to get involved in a wide variety of projects across different sectors and levels of complexity.

The Estimator will be responsible for pricing accurate tenders for Dry Lining, Partitioning, Suspended Ceilings, Plastering and SFS packages. Past experience with a specialist sub-contractor within these areas would be beneficial as the Estimator will be required to hit the ground running in a busy office environment.

Qualifications & Experience
5+ years Estimating experience with a specialist sub-contractor (Dry Lining, Partitioning, Suspended Ceilings, Plastering, Steel Framing Systems) is essential.
