The client specialises in the design and build contracts dealing with design and installation of commercial and mechanical fire and security systems. The companies focus for design and build sites are leisure sights, office facilities and construction sites.

The day to day will see the candidate collaborate with the commercial director to identify prospective tender opportunities dealing with both existing and new clients. Developing principal design elements for design and build tenders and managing the post-tender process by handling queries and post tender interviews.

The ideal candidate must have building services experience and have a understanding of both mechanical services design and estimating.
