About:
My client is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join their team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facility and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong trade knowledge.

Duties:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery, equipment, and systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or malfunctions
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
  • Utilize logic controllers and read electrical schematics to diagnose and resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and experience in estates maintenance work
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills
