Position: Estate Maintenance Manager

Location: near Blandford Forum in Dorset

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Accommodation: Three-bedroom family friendly cottage provided

Pets: Cats on site - must be animal-friendly

This is a small, close-knit team consisting of a head gardener, a housekeeper, and two personal assistants, all dedicated to maintaining the estate's charm.

Your duties will include:

As the Estate Maintenance Manager, you'll be the guardian of our estate's beauty and functionality.

Maintaining the tennis court, swimming pool, and extensive gardens

Utilizing your engineering/electrical knowledge for garden machinery maintenance

Sharing caretaking duties with another couple

Weekend stay on-site twice a month

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in similar roles

Self-motivated and proactive

People-oriented and able to work well within a team

Computer literate
