Estate Agents to Work from Home
Full training will be provided for our network of quality agents working with Hamilton Residential "Surrey's Best Online Estate Agent" in the Home Counties and South West London. We require agents in Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire, Middlesex and South West London to complete our South East network before spreading nationally in 2014.

Our commission only structure will allow you to reap the benefits of your work quickly, as you will be paid within hours of each transaction you generate, at a very generous percentage. We find this is a good motivational strategy for our agents.
You will need to be very well presented and have a passion for property and to be the best in your field. We strive for exceptional customer services and enjoy helping our clients sell or let their property.
You will be provided will administrational, management and training support at all times and will work as a Self Employed Estate Agent.
You will be required to distribute marketing materials, liaise with buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, carry out viewings and valuations, competitor analysis and canvassing. You will make telephone contact weekly with all of your clients with updates and for feedback and keep online reports to monitor your activity.
You will also offer a range of services including financial advisors, conveyancing, retained client services and many other useful resources which will add to your income.
A monthly team meeting is also held so that you can meet your co-agents and compare success stories, share ideas and to build network referrals across the counties. A bit of a social !
