As an Estate Agent in Sales, you will play a key role in conducting viewings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth experience for both vendors and buyers. They will offer fantastic training and mentoring to ensure development in your property career.

Key Responsibilities as an Estate Agent in Sales:

• Conduct property viewings and showcase properties to prospective tenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
• Negotiate offers.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the property or real estate industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
