My client is a highly successful estate agent, with a reputation for providing exceptional customer service. Due to business growth, they are now seeking a successful sales negotiator to join their thriving team based in Ormskirk.

This is a fast-paced sales consultant role, where you will be given the autonomy to develop new and existing business throughout the local area. You will already be a successful sales negotiator (or have some experience within a customer facing sales role), a self starter who is capable of exceeding targets and has a natural flair for providing outstanding customer service.

An average day might look like this:

  • Arranging property viewings and valuations
  • Negotiating sales
  • Working to daily targets and KPIs
  • Providing an exceptional level of customer service
  • Sales progression
  • Sourcing and advertising new properties
  • Generating new business opportunities
  • Selling to a mixture owner occupiers and investors
  • You must be a driver with valid UK licence.

We are looking for a dynamic, career driven candidate who has experience within the sales sector and is now looking for the next step within their career. This sales consultant job in Ormskirk offers the opportunity of career progression within 12 months, along with an excellent working environment, incentives, rewards and other benefits. You must be able to work on occasional Saturday’s (with a lieu day during the week).

Basic salary £20,000 - £25,000 plus OTE £35,000 - £40,000
