An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Estate Agent Valuer looking to join this market leading independent Estate Agency brand based in Coventry. 

My clients have a well respected business and have spent decades cultivating relationships and earning an exceptional reputation in the local market. They are looking for an experienced Valuer who has a proven track record and can deal with the demand of a fast paced, busy city centre agent. 

Estate Agent Valuer – Benefits

• A basic salary of £25,000
• A rewarding commission structure. OTE of another 10k+ on top of basic

The Estate Agent Valuer will be a pivotal appointment and as such a natural drive, tenacity and go getter attitude is needed.

Within this role the Estate Agent Valuer will be responsible for:

• Conduct accurate and comprehensive property valuations for residential properties
• Follow up all market appraisals and generate new opportunities for further instructions
• Stay up to date with market trends, economic factors, and property values in the local area.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Listen to and work with vendors to understand their needs and priorities.
• Maintain regular communication throughout the sales process.
• Assist in the marketing of the property by producing floorplans and the property descriptions.
• Ensure all relevant legal and regulatory requirements are met in the valuation process.
• Take on the management of the office during the Branch Managers periods of absence or holiday
• Provide support, guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team
• To represent the business and brand in a positive and professional manner at all times. 

Estate Agent Valuer Experience needed: 

• Must have estate agency experience as a Valuer looking for your next career move.
• Must be organised and able to manage a busy varied workload
• Must have excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
• Be enthusiastic and highly motivated.
• Needs to be a business winner and driven by success.
• Will have a proactive can do approach.
• Well presented and professional.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
