• You will receive an initial 4 month salary guarantee of £2,500 per month which is not repayable and existing Agents are currently earning a minimum of £80,000.
• On target earnings in year 1 could reach £106,000 with long term unlimited earning potential.
  
• You will receive a tiered personal commission ranging from 40% to 60% depending on performance versus target.
• Mobile telephone and laptop are provided along with private healthcare for you and your family.
• There are no set up fees or ongoing costs.
• You will work with an existing 3 person team of like minded Estate Agents from serviced offices.

What's included: You will be provided with all the tools of the trade for lead generation to include marketing using artificial intelligence, CRM and social media training. Full support for you to grow your business and you will be shown how to nurture your database, market out to your contacts, send reminders and also use Facebook to your benefit. You will get heavily involved in marketing in your core postcode area on an ongoing basis. You will need to be prepared to be learning based to grow your business.

Who are we looking for: Current / previous Estate Agency experience will only be considered and we are now looking for Estate Agents who have worked in Estate Agency at Senior Valuer / Lister, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager, Valuations Manager or Branch Manager level. You will be responsible for valuations, listings and viewings.
