My clients are a well respected, highly recommended estate agency with a wealth of experience in property sales in the local area.

We’re looking for a highly motivated and proactive Senior Sales Negotiator to join their successful and busy residential sales team in Norwich

Key responsibilities

* Generate and Book valuations

* Conduct property viewings

* Negotiate offers, agree sales & progress sales though to exchange and completion

* Offer a professional and customer focused approach at all times

Skills and experience required

  • Previous agency sales experience - essential
  • Ability to generate new business in a sales environment
  • Outstanding customer care
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 08.30 -18.00
  • Every other Saturday 9.00 - 16.00

Experience:

  • Estate Agency Sales: 2 years (Required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (Required)
