The role will involve carrying out viewings, negotiating new offers, valuations and generating new business. As an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer you will be responsible for:

• Generating new business
• Carrying out valuations
• Building and maintaining relationships with prospect clients
• Carrying out viewings
• Negotiating offers

The successful Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer will have the following skill set:

• Previous experience working as an Estate Agent with Valuation experience
• Proven track record in winning new business
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Full UK licence and car
