Estate Agent Sales Valuer / Lister

Estate Agent Sales Valuer - Coalville - up to £25k basic plus generous commission

My client is a leading, multi branch, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established for many years in the area. Due to continued success, they are looking to recruit an experienced Estate Agency Sales Valuer / Lister who will have at least 1 years' experience in carrying out valuations and have local area knowledge.

The basic skills they are looking for are a successful and evidenced track record in listing sales properties with the ability to structure and self-manage your time reflecting the priority of activities, knowledge of the legislation relating to the sale of properties including trading standards, anti-money laundering and property descriptions. They also require someone with attention to detail, diary management, and general IT.

The role will include generating market appraisals, attending and converting market appraisals into new listings.

Prior experience as an estate agent and lister in the property industry is a must, minimum of 12 months or more experience.

The successful Estate Agent Valuer will have the following skill set:

• Minimum 12 months experience working as an Estate Agent Valuer
• Proven track record in winning new business
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Full UK driving license and Car
• Knowledge of the local property market
