Job Title: Sales Progressor (part-time, moving to full time in September)

Location: Birmingham City Centre

Salary: Starting at £15,000 - £16,000 OTE (to be increased in September when full time)

Experience Required: Sales Progression Experience

Hours: Monday-Wednesday 9:30am-5:30pm, and a Monday morning sales meeting at 9:00am - 9:30am.

A market leading, Birmingham-based Estate Agent is on the lookout for a Sales Progression to join their young and dynamic team.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has strong work ethic, who is very well organised and preferably has a good understanding of the legal processes for purchasing property.

The role will be 3 days a week and based in the state of the art offices in the City Centre. The role involves working within a fast-paced sales environment and helping vendors with the legal and mortgage processes associated with their property purchase.

Sales Progressor required skills and experience:

  • Previous successful history in a similar fast paced sales progressor role within residential Investment or/and new build homes sector property
  • Achieving / exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Mature and articulate
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Office, Property Letting software

The Role

• Manage a large pipeline of property purchases

• Work closely with external solicitors and mortgage brokers

• Maintain regular client contact

• Be extremely organised when tracking and managing the sales progression pipeline

• Regularly report to company Directors

• Dealing with the progression of properties sold subject to contract The ideal Candidate

• Previous sales progression experience or similar is highly preferred

• Knowledge of the legal process of purchasing a property

• An understanding of the mortgage application process

• Excellent organisational skills

• Confident and hard working
