So, what is a typical day in the life of a Sales Advisor?

• Grabbing that coffee and sharing updates with your colleagues at a daily morning meeting.
• Calls, calls, calls! Your phone is your best friend and the joy of the job!
• Reaching out to customer after customer about their property move, identifying and recommending the extra services offered.
• Arranging and hosting viewings/open days, providing friendly advice with a welcoming smile.
• Getting those offers agreed and accepted.
• Handing over those keys and seeing customers’ eyes light up on their exciting new journey.

• Previous experience in a sales environment, working to performance-based targets essential.

• Ambition with self-motivation and able to cope with pressure at times.

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - The Package:

• Basic Salary:£18,000 - £20,000
• On Target Earnings:£25,000 - £30,000+
• Work Pattern: 4.5 days per week including Saturdays (9am-1pm). 9-5:30pm during the week with one weekday off
