Estate Agent Sales Negotiator

Experienced Estate Agency Sales Negotiator required for Established and sought after traditional property firm in the beautiful South Hams Totnes office with on target earnings up to £29,000.

Our client is a sought after, professional and friendly firm in the South Hams. They are currently looking for a sales negotiator with a keen interest in the property industry. You ideally will have worked in an estate agency environment and will have great people skills as you will be dealing with the general public both over the phone and face to face. You will also be driven and proactive as you will be conducting viewings and negotiating sales in the negotiator role.

Duties will include, registering new purchasers and sellers and booking appointments, carrying out viewings and assisting your manager with increasing business levels within the office and passing enquiries to other departments in the business.

You will be of smart appearance, friendly natured and highly organised. You will also need your own car.

Salary £22,500 basic plus commission with on target earnings in the region of £28-29,000 with hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and one in three Saturdays 9am to 1pm with time off in lieu for Saturdays worked.
