• As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for registering applicants, arranging and following up on viewings, handling offers and basic sales progression.
• Assisting with office administration tasks and telephone call-outs, taking property photographs, canvassing and assisting the team with the general running of the office.
• Candidates must hold a full driving licence and have their own vehicle. Ideally, you will have at least 12 months industry experience and live locally to Hornchurch / have local knowledge of the Havering area.

Responsibilities

• Register every new enquiry onto Jupix noting their details and booking in viewings
• Identify opportunities in those calls - potential vendor
• Phone out new instructions within 24 hours
• Typing up property details for sales on Jupix software system
• Change window with property details
• Respond to email enquiries
• Update Jupix with notes about every conversation
• Clear diary actions every day with no carry over
• Organising touting letters to potential vendors

• Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm and Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm with one day off in the week (5 day working week).

• Basic salary £20,000 with on target earnings of £30,000.
