Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Leamington Spa - Salary Negotiable

My client is a leading, multi branch, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for over 30 years and have built up an impressive reputation as being one of the leading brands in the area.

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join their team where you will be responsible for booking and carrying out viewings, viewing feedback, dealing with offers, negotiating and and ensuring vendors experience a first class service throughout. The successful candidate will need to be an excellent communicator, team player, self motivated and have an eye for detail.

Essential Skills Required for the Estate Agency Sales Negotiator Role:

  • Estate Agency experience
  • Excellent knowledge of the Sales process
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT / Administration Skills
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Full UK Licence and Car for which mileage is paid
