Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Evesham - Salary Negotiable dependent on experience

This is genuinely a fabulous opportunity to join this leading and established, independent Estate Agency and Lettings brand who have built up an impressive business over many years. Due to ongoing growth, they are currently looking for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator where you will be registering applicants, booking and carrying out viewings, negotiating offers and sales progression. They will also consider candidates who have valuation and business generation experience.

As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for:

  • Arranging and carrying out property viewings
  • Negotiating sales
  • Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property
  • Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
  • Sales Progression

As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator you will have the following skill set:

  • Experience in Estate Agency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well presented and well spoken
  • Full UK licence and car
