They are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator who is looking to join one of the most reputable brands in the area. They are looking for someone who has experience in Estate Agency with or without Valuation experience as they will provide training. The are offering a very competitive package and a great working environment with a fabulous team of people.

Duties for the Estate Agent role will involve:

• Registering applicants and matching to suitable properties
• Arranging and carrying out viewings
• Providing feedback to vendors
• Negotiating offers between vendors and purchasers
• Carrying out Valuations (Training Provided)
• Sales progression through to completion
• Selling other services including financial services and conveyancing

Essential Skills Required:

• Estate Agency Sales Negotiating experience
• Well presented
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong IT skills
• Full driving licence
• And most imporantly the hunger to sell lots of properties and earn lots of commission!

Working Monday - Friday and Saturdays when required
