Job Title: Estate Agent.

Location: Based at our offices in Colchester Essex.

Rewards: Basic Salary up-to £30K D.O.E, plus commission bonuses and Benefits, realistically achievable OTE of £34K.

Target: Estate Agency Professionals or Candidates from a Legal Conveyancing background.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00AM –6PM (Plus 1 Saturday in 6 required.)

Timeline: Immediate Interviews and Start Date.

We now have a number of new roles for property professionals who would be responsible for administrating and managing the sale of a high volume of part exchange properties for our Housebuilder clients, ensuring all agreed sales end in a satisfactory exchange of contracts and subsequent legal completion.
