Job Title: Area Manager
Location: Birmingham
Basic Salary: up to £50,000k (depending on experience)
On Target Earnings:
£80,000+ (uncapped)

Estate Agency experience at a Senior level for either Sales, Lettings or both is ESSENTIAL for this role.

Our Client, a market leading Estate Agent have an exciting opportunity for an Area Manager to join them covering Birmingham. This is an opportunity to help continue to drive their already fast growing business forward.

You will be responsible for the recruitment, training, and overall sales and lettings results in several branches across the area. Starting with 2 branches initially and moving up to 3 and 4 towards the end of the year. A candidate that has knowledge and understands the Birmingham market will be advantageous.

  • A Senior Branch Manager or an Area Manager who is ready for the next stage in their career.
  • An inspirational leader of people with the ability to manage and mentor a team of Branch Managers
  • Experience of Managing multi offices
  • A proven track record of leading a team and regularly meeting and succeeding KPIs.
  • Resilient, proactive, and competitive
  • A Full UK driving licence holder.
