Sales Negotiator for Established and Successful Birmingham Estate Agent.

Due to an internal promotion and increased market share a market leading independent estate agent with a large market share and a great presence in the area are looking to recruit an experienced estate agent looking for an opportunity with long term growth and potential.

To an extent the role can be tailored to suit the individual but in essence is a traditional estate agency role encompassing all aspects of the sector including:

• Phoning Out New Instructions
• Vendor and Applicant Liaison
• Sales Chasing
• Accompanying Viewings
• Negotiating Offers
• Competitor Analysis
• Property Take Ons

Although not essential market appraisal experience and the confidence to conduct them would be beneficial but is by no means a "deal breaker."

The ideal person will be an experienced estate agent with good local knowledge and a genuine team player. You must be big on customer service and always looking for ways to ensure the customer feels valued. You must be articulate, well presented and a confident communicator.
