This multi office, independent agent based in Derby is looking for a negotiator/lister to join their friendly team.

This is a real opportunity for a good all-rounder to make a name for themselves and tun their hand to all aspects of the business.

The successful candidate will be bright, customer focused, professional, proactive and not just an order taker. The team environment is extremely important to this employer, so the right character is imperative.

General duties will include property valuations, listings, viewings and negotiating sales.

Due to the busy office environment, they need someone who has previous experience and is hungry for the challenge of growing the sales side of this business.

A generous salary is being offered, dependent on experience, along with opportunity for add on sales with mortgage leads and conveyancing opportunities and an exciting commissions package.
