We are looking for a dedicated Sales Progressor to join our client's team. The role involves managing the sales process, liaising with various parties involved in property transactions, and providing support to the sales team. This position offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment and requires a candidate with exceptional communication and organisational skills.

• Progressing property sales by liaising with sellers, buyers, legal representatives, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other estate agents.
• Ensuring all parties are kept informed throughout the transaction process and that any issues are addressed promptly.
• Assisting the sales team by responding to enquiries and booking appointments.
• Maintaining accurate records of all communications and transactions.
• Working efficiently to manage time and tasks effectively.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good standard of English and effective listening skills.
