Our client is a leading independent estate agency situated in the charming town of Christchurch, Dorset. Nestled between the stunning New Forest National Park and the beautiful beaches of the Jurassic Coast, Christchurch offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern amenities, making it a highly desirable place to live and work.

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Negotiator to join our dedicated team. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and driving sales to achieve targets in this vibrant real estate market.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and provide expert advice on properties and local amenities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
  • Negotiate offers and terms of sale to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities and potential buyers.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the estate agency sector is preferred, but candidates with a background in other sales industries will also be considered.
  • Smart, energetic, and ambitious with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
