SALES VALUER

An amazing opportunity with a market leading firm who are looking to recruit a dynamic and determined Sales Valuer for this superb Oadby office. You will receive a great salary but also be working for one of the best names in the industry and a team of like minded and driven professionals. This is a fast paced role and you must be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills and enjoy being a team member.

An experienced Property Valuer who has the ability to generate and develop new business and provide the highest level of customer care. You will have a leading role on existing and new projects while working with the other members of the Sales Team to develop and promote the services offered.

As an accomplished valuer you must have the ability to work on your own initiative without day-to-day supervision and will need organisational and diary skills to be able to repeat defined activities on a regular basis to communicate with clients and customers.

You must be a dedicated professional with a passion for valuations.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out Market Appraisals on residential properties and converting them into new instructions
  • Instrumental in obtaining new market appraisal opportunities
  • Arranging and attending market appraisals/valuations and meeting required conversion rate targets
  • Prepare for Market Appraisals through Market Research
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients and building relationships
  • Undertaking property research and obtaining comparable evidence
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Managing own time and diary efficiently
  • Work closely with the sales team to influence great client contact and activity.
  • Working within all legislative, compliance and regulation standards
  • Be active within the community, representing my clients business interests

Key skills

  • Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice.
  • Have a commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care.
  • Be IT literate with experience of using a web-based case management system.
  • Proactive and business minded.
  • Able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
  • Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Strong organisational skills - able to prioritise own time and workload.
  • Ability to work well on their own and as a team.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
