Our client is looking for a LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR to join their busy lettings team in their thriving Stamford office, due to massive recent success.

This is a reputable independent agent, where the team working environment is of the up most importance.

The successful candidate will be presented in a smart manner, have excellent interpersonal skills both over the telephone and in person and be able to approach all situations in a calm and professional manner at all times. They will have worked in lettings before and be aware of recent legislations have good local knowledge ideally.

Duties will include:

• Arranging and accompanying viewing
• Increasing the branch portfolio working with new and current landlords
• Returning feedback to Landlords
• Negotiating rental agreements
• carrying out tenancy inspections and inventories.
