Experienced Lettings Agent/Senior Neg/Assistant Manager.

An amazing opportunity with an established estate management business providing services throughout Shropshire. Their services include estate management, residential lettings and management, residential and agricultural sales, planning and development, building design and project management, farm business development and diversification, valuation and insurance, equestrian property advice, and commercial property management.

Role

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Lettings Agent/Senior Neg/Assistant Manager with ARLA. The role will involve day-to-day tasks associated with property management, landlord/tenant matters, estate agents, communication, customer service, and ensuring efficiency in the letting department.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, including knowledge of landlord/tenant matters and estate agents
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• ARLA qualification or equivalent is preferred
• Additional qualification or knowledge of property law and regulations is beneficial

Package

• £22-25k (depending on experience) plus team bonus
• 9.00am - 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch Monday to Friday
• 25 days leave plus bank holidays along with the period between Christmas and New Year.
