This is a fantastic opportunity to join a recognised global company, where you will play a leading role in this major project to standardise best practices across the business.

This company are a leading manufacturer, working with blue chip companies across the globe. You will be joining at a pivotal moment as they look to transform the business across the UK and Europe.

In this role you will play a key role as operations transition coordinator as the company switch to a standardised operating system and best process. This will involve working in the transformation team and being a focal point for local factories across Europe and the UK whilst working with specialists in supply chain, manufacturing, and production.

The role would suit a dynamic professional with a manufacturing background and experience in business transition / ERP management. Please note this is a 18-month fixed term contract and you will need excellent communication skills.

• Business transition / process development experience
• Manufacturing background
• Change management experience
• Excellent communicator
• Fluent in Italian
