Hays are recruiting an ERP analyst for a manufacturing business based in Dudley. You will manage the upgrade and implementation across three working systems.
Due to this being a manufacturing plant, the ideal candidate will have sector experience.
The role is on-site 5 days a week.

Permanent - Dudley

This role will require you to undergo security clearance, you must have indefinite leave to remain (5yeasr+) and UK citizenship to be considered

  • Reporting to the IT Manager, the purpose of this role is to:
  • Examine the business structure to understand how it operates and its aims
  • Document Business Requirements
  • Process Improvements
  • Conduct training workshops for users on the current business systems.
  • Business system application administration
  • Work with 3rd party support to solve issues and roll out improvements/updates to the business systems
  • The role will work across functional departments to promote the use of business systems.
  • Integration of Business Systems
  • Automation
  • Knowledge of ERP & Finance systems
  • Reporting and writing using SQL Reporting Services and Power BI



Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the IT Manager and Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive improvements across the existing suite of Business Systems.
  • Support ERP & Finance applications
  • Reporting and writing using SQL Reporting Services and Power BI
  • Project implementation and management
