Description

This ER Manager role will play a key part in the HR team, supporting a manufacturing site of over 1000 employees.

  • Providing expert advice on a range of ER issues
  • Developing and implementing ER policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with the wider HR team on strategic initiatives
  • Conducting investigations and advising on disciplinary procedures
  • Delivering training and guidance to managers on ER best practices
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of ER processes
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies
  • Supporting change management activities within the organisation

Profile

The successful ER Manager will have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, ideally CIPD qualified
  • Excellent knowledge of ER practices and legislation
  • Good employment law knowlesge
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Able to start immediately or on short notice

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary range of £35-45,000 per year
  • 6 month fixed term contract
  • Hybrid working, 3 days on site in South Leeds.
