We are currently recruiting for one of our trusted clients who are look for an ER Delivery Manager to join their team! Join our client’s team of hospitality experts and become part of a dynamic organisation that operates over 840 hotels across the UK and Germany, as well as popular restaurant chains!

What You Can Expect

  • Type - 3-month contract
  • Location - Bedfordshire
  • Salary - £350 - £400 per day - Inside IR35
  • Industry - Hospitality

Main Responsibilities as an ER Delivery Manager

  • Provide legally compliant and commercially focused Employee Relations Advice across UK Support Centre to improve ER outcomes which enables business goals, champions values, and supports organisational goals to be an employer of choice.
  • Lead and deliver technical guidance as an SME for relevant business and change projects, with a core focus on TUPE and redundancy change programmes.
  • Strong external view of ER and Engagement through research and networking nationally, regionally and within the industry.
  • Advising and making recommendations on Employee Relations and Employment Tribunal cases.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Must have proven experience in leading high-level disciplinaries, grievances and dismissals.
  • Proven experience of leading redundancies.
  • Recent experience/involvement with TUPE in or out.
  • Confident dealing with key stakeholders including CHRO, Snr HRBPs, as well as external stakeholders including Occupational Health.
  • Strong communication skills
  • CIPD Level 5 or 7 is desirable.
