Your new role
My client is looking for an employee relations advisor to join the team on a short-term contract. You will manage ER caseload, including sickness, disciplinaries, grievances and absence. This is a brand new role for the team and has come about because of an increased workload.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous ER experience.
My client is looking for someone to join the team asap, but an enhanced DBS will be required due to the nature of the work. If you have a previous DBS or do not hold one, we may be able to do a risk assessment.
