ER Advisor

The One Group are currently recruiting an Employment Relations Advisor for our client based in Bedford this a great role for someone who has experience in ER they are open to all levels of experience within ER as they are happy to develop someone's skills or someone that can hit the ground running.

You will be a part of a business who pride themselves on flexibility for their employees, with both full and part time options for this role and only are required to work in the office 1 day a week!

What your day will look like?

You will be managing your own caseloads and assisting the in-house legal team on employment issues for members in the healthcare sector. Responsible for providing comprehensive employment law and employee relations advice and support members, including representation when required.

You will need to have some level ER experience, experience of providing employment law and HR advice to employees or stakeholders via telephone and email. Ideally you will have experience of working within the healthcare industry. However specific training in NHS contracts can be provided to the right candidate.

Prior demonstrable experience in managing a portfolio of complex HR and employment law cases is essential. Prior employment law exposure or qualification would be advantageous.
Hybrid working offered, with 1 day based in Bedford.

Part and Full-time hours considered for this role with an excellent salary and benefits offered.

Salary offered £29,000pa to £39,000pa.
