Home-Based Equity Release Advisor - Manchester

If so, we're looking for a motivated and experienced Equity Release Advisor to join our directly authorised clients expanding team! You'll be responsible for providing expert advice to homeowners aged 55+ in the Manchester area, helping them understand their options and navigate the complex world of equity release products.

What you'll do:

• Working from home in and around the Manchester area, you will receive on average 3-4 new leads a week.
• Build relationships with clients over the phone and video call, understanding their individual needs and financial goals.
• Provide comprehensive and impartial advice on a range of equity release products, including lifetime mortgages, home reversion schemes, and more.
• Guide clients through the application process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
• Stay up to date on the latest regulations and product offerings in the equity release market.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets within a competitive but supportive environment.

What we're looking for:

• Equity release qualification (or equivalent) and a minimum of 2 years' experience in equity release advice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone and video call.
• Excellent knowledge of the equity release market and financial products.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
• Confident and self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent IT skills and proficiency in CRM systems.
