An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Equality Diversity and Inclusion Lead. The role requires a deep understanding of ED&I principles and practices. The ED&I Lead will design and deliver the ED&I strategy by working with multiple stakeholders across the organisation.

The client is a large Public Sector organisation based in Pontypridd, who offer very flexible, hybrid working.
Description
This is a really great opportunity to lead a team and be part of positive cultural change within a large organisation. As the Equality Diversity and Inclusion Lead, you will be an integral part of the Organisational Development and Inclusion team, promoting, championing and leading Equality, Diversity and Inclusion work programmes to ensure equality for all across the organisation.
You will lead on and co-ordinate the development of strategies and policies to support the strategic equality plan. With a focus on both compliance with legislation and other mandatory requirements as well as behavioural and cultural change relating to ED&I.
Profile
A successful Equality Diversity and Inclusion Lead should have:
- Demonstrable experience of leading work on Equality, Diversity & Inclusion at a senior management level in a large and complex multi-professional organisation.
- Extensive knowledge of ED&I principles and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret and analyse data to inform decision-making.
- Experience of developing and supporting networks of diverse groups, working in partnership to deliver on key objectives.
Job Offer
A competitive salary ranging from £52k - £58k + Great overall benefits
Hybrid, very flexible working, with 1/2 days a week in Pontypridd.
