We are looking for an experience End-Point Assessment Coordinator to join our Quality Team, who is an organised and able to maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders, whilst coordinating Babington's EPA strategy. Summary of role

Supporting the business to maximise achievement rate, maintain quality to ensure EPAO requirements are meet and drive behaviours that supports success.

Brief summary of principle accountabilities

  • Support in the management of the process for payment, registration, and monitoring of EPA for learners for each EPAO.
  • Manage pipeline data to review and forecast assessment planning schedules.
  • Own the management and monitoring of EPAO SLAs and EPA results.
  • Track all learners going into gateway, EPA bookings and update the tracker.
  • Provide MI reports on all EPA activities, trends analysis, themes and risk to key business stakeholders.
  • Management of the EPA inbox along with the EPAO matrix and ensure all information is recorded accurately.
  • Work with the Quality Managers and admin on any rejections submitted for gateways or achievers to be resolved in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring EPA processes are met in line with EPAO expectations and to maximise timely and overall success rates.

Qualifications 

  • Grade A-C GCSE in English and maths or equivalent (E)

Skills and experience

  • Ability to articulate service quality and performance requirements (E)
  • Ability to demonstrate thorough working knowledge of apprenticeships standards (E)
  • Evidence of initiating, implementing, and improving new working arrangements for qualifications assurance (E)
  • Experience of developing and managing external relationships (E)
  • Experience and understanding of the quality cycle (E)
  • Experience of successfully meeting and managing challenging deadlines (E)
  • IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office particularly the Word, Excel and Outlook (D)
