Our client is now on the lookout for an Environmental Consultant with at least one year’s experience to join their Environment and Planning team. They provide industry-leading environmental assessment and consultancy services to a wide range of developers across all stages of the development process. In this role, you will be exposed to multiple services including BREEAM, CEEQUAL, Whole Life-cycle Carbon Assessments, sustainability statements health impact assessments, and circular economy consultancy in a supportive, learning environment.
The right candidate will take a lead in delivering many of these services and working with other specialist groups across the company.
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in specialist consulting in the residential and commercial construction sector.
- Relevant degree and background in architecture, physics or engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Relevant undergraduate or master’s degree.
- Experience with co-ordinating and managing a portfolio of BREEAM New Construction and Refurbishment projects, BREEAM Assessor.
- Excellent technical communication and influencing skills.
- Keen interest in housing, planning, development, and construction issues.
