A fast growing, independant Recruitment Agency based in Teddington are currently looking for an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant to join their fun, friendly team.
Recruitment consultant requirements are really a matter of excellent communication skills, organisational and administrative ability, good time management and sales skills.
The role will involve:
- Sales calls and business development.
- Account management of existing clients.
- Booking interviews.
- Dealing with emails.
- Giving and receiving feedback from both clients and job applicants.
- Formatting of CVs to present candidates to best advantage.
- Client meetings.
- Advertising of vacancies.
- Sourcing job boards for suitable candidates.
- Working towards key performance indicator (KPI) targets.
