Are you keen to join a reputable financial advisory firm in Lytham St Annes, dedicated to delivering comprehensive financial solutions to their valued clients? My client is currently searching for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join their team as a Trainee Financial Advisor.

Working closely with our Paraplanners and Mortgage/Protection Advisors, you will embark on an exciting career path within the financial services industry. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge while providing crucial support to our experienced financial advisors. The successful candidate will receive study support towards obtaining CEMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) and/or CII (Chartered Insurance Institute) qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Assist in gathering client information, conduct financial needs analysis, and provide administrative support for client proposals and reports. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Learning and Development: Engage in training programs to acquire a solid understanding of financial products and services. Work towards achieving CEMAP and/or CII qualifications with company support. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about financial products, investment options, and industry changes. Assist in analysing client portfolios and recommending suitable financial solutions.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain accurate and organised client records and documentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with senior financial advisors and other team members to contribute to the overall success of the firm. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
